We are intentional in helping students know the value they hold and inspiring them towards the exciting future ahead of them.
Sherri Ross
CEO / Education Consultant / Author / Software Application Developer and Designer / Speaker
When Sherri waded through the college admissions process with her own children and the hundreds she has mentored over the last decade, she saw an opportunity to make a bigger impact on the world. With a degree in communications and a background in education she was equipped for the task at hand. Powered by her love for young adults and a passion for helping others she created Imagine Scholarships.
She now wears the nickname "Collegepreneur" proudly. Since 2010 she has worked with students of all ages and their families to help them achieve their educational goals and find the money to do it. As a first generation student herself, she knows the power of earning scholarships to help educational dreams come true. The passion behind the company is her desire to help others achieve their full potential and the belief that with a guiding hand, anyone can create a positive future for themselves.
Sherri has a knack for writing and loves Ted Talks. With her 4 beautiful children, the right 80s tunes and her beloved golden-doodle, Graf is determined to empower the next generation to find their place in the world and have access to the funds needed to help them achieve those goals.

Dr. Tammi Cooper
VP, Product Strategy
Dr. Tammi Cooper has over 15 years of experience as an educator and leader in higher education. She began her career in higher education as a management faculty member and went on to serve in a variety of higher education leadership positions including as a vice-president for innovation, associate provost, and in various dean roles. Her experience includes student success and retention, strategic planning, online learning, competency-based education (CBE), program development, and leading innovative change.
Dr. Cooper is an advocate of innovation, improvement, and service in all levels of education. She participated in the Educause Breakthrough Models Academy, the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board’s CBE work group, and holds a Texas Teaching Certificate in computer information systems. She actively supports her local school district having served on Jarrell Independent School District’s Board of Trustees for 5 years and currently serves as the board president for the Jarrell Education Foundation.
Jennifer Childress
Director of customer experience - Queen of multitasking
We don’t have enough space to give an appropriate bio for Jennifer. She is wonder-woman in real life form. She is walking sunshine and everyone who meets her looks forward to their next interaction with her. We are honored to have her creativity on our team and can’t wait for you to meet her as well.
Andrew Chavez - Director of Operations
Over 35 years in the semiconductor and defense industry. Andrew comes with a wealth of experience in program management as well as managing complex supply chains and suppliers for fortune 500 companies. Andrew has a Bachelor’s of Science in Integrated Supply Chain and Operations Management. Integrity, communication, empowerment, and empathy are some of the leadership values that Andrew brings to Imagine Scholarships.
