Walt Disney and many other companies offer programs to help you pay for college. They are all different plans and approaches but all excellent ways to help fund your education.

  1. Starbucks - Employees based in the U.S. who are working an average of 20 hours per week at any company-operated store and who do not yet have a bachelor’s degree are eligible for The Starbucks College Achievement Plan. Introduced in June 2014, in partnership with Arizona State University (ASU) this opportunity offers all eligible U.S. partners (employees) to earn their bachelor’s degree with full tuition coverage all the way to graduation at ASU’s top-ranked online degree program.   2. Bank of America - Employees who have been employed for six months and work a minimum of 20 hours a week, are eligible to receive tuition repayment through Bank of America. Under the program, 100 percent of tuition-related expenses (up to $5,250 per calendar year) will be reimbursed for both undergraduate and graduate programs.

  3. UPS - Part-time employees of UPS are eligible to receive up to $5,250 in tuition assistance per year, up to a lifetime maximum of $25,000. Eligibility begins on the date of hire.   4. Wells Fargo - Wells Fargo offers several scholarships to children of employees, ranging from $1,000 to $3,000 each. In addition, they offer their employees up to $5,000 in tuition reimbursement annually, for eligible tuition expenses.

  5. ComCast - Comcast’s Education Assistance Program will reimburse approved tuition, books, and other educational fees up to $5,750 per calendar year.

  6. Smuckers - What a “Sweet” Deal - Employees may be eligible for up to 100% reimbursement of tuition costs for Company-approved college courses. In addition, they offer a scholarship program for children of employees valued at $3,000 per year to 10 recipients.J.M. Smucker career & benefits page

  7. Publix - According to the company’s website, employees may be reimbursed for not only traditional degree programs, but also some individual courses and online programs. Any associate with at least six months of continuous service, who works an average of 10 hours per week is eligible. Associates enrolled in a four-year college or university, may be reimbursed up to $3,200 annually, with a lifetime limit of $12,800.Publix’s tuition reimbursement program.

    Associates enrolled in undergraduate courses at a two-year community college, technical program or individual course program may be reimbursed up to $1,700 annually, with a lifetime limit of $3,400.

  8. ATT - The AT&T Non-Management Tuition Assistance Plan provides reimbursement for employees who are working to attain academic degrees that are beneficial for the employee and for the Company. You can find the details here : https://www.cwa3207.org/forms/ATT%20TAP.pdf

  9. Walmart - Under a new benefit program, employees will pay just $1 a day to earn a degree, the company said Wednesday. Walmart will cover the remaining cost for tuition, fees and books. All Walmart and Sam's Club workers in the US will be eligible as soon as they've been with the company for 90 days.

  10. McDonalds - McDonald's “Archway to Opportunity” tuition program can be used for both on-campus and online degree programs. Hourly paid restaurant workers are eligible to receive up to $2,500 yearly in tuition assistance. Additionally, restaurant managers are eligible to receive $3,000.

  11. Taco Bell - Taco Bell's education benefits. You may be eligible for up to $5,250 per year towards your education. You can earn college credit for your on-the-job training at Taco Bell. Education coaches will help you find the right college, program or class and navigate your tuition assistance funding.

  12. FedEx - FedEx Ground: The courier and delivery services company offers a variety of tuition reimbursement options for part-time employees. Part-time non-package handlers at FedEx can earn to $1,500 per calendar year, while part-time operations managers can earn up to $2,500 per year.

  13. Home Depot - Home Depot will cover up to $5,000 for all salaried associates and $3,000 for full-time hourly associates who have been working at the company for at least a year to take courses related to their business.   14. Lowe’s - Lowe's education benefits. As a part-time or full-time employee at Lowe's, you are eligible for education benefits after your first 90 days! Access up to $2,500 from Lowe's each year, in addition to federal grants, to fund your education and move your professional career forward. No need to pay for school up front.

  15. Apple - Apple offers tuition reimbursement up to $5,000. AT&T provides up to $5,250 in annual tuition aid for full-time employees. ... Disney has a tuition assistance program that provides employees up to $700 per credit unit, 100% reimbursement for their books, and up to $100 per course for the cost of materials.

  16. Best Buy - Best Buy provides up to $3,500 a year for undergraduate studies and $5,250 for graduate-level coursework through its Tuition Assistance Program.

  17. Boeing - Boeing provides educational assistance for up to $3,000

  18. BP - BP offers up to 90% reimbursement of tuition, books, and other fees. BP offers an Educational Assistance Program that assists employees with education that “benefits both the employee and the Company.”Educational Assistance Program

  20. Chipotle - Receive up to $5,250 from Chipotle in tuition assistance and up to $5,185 in federal grants each year. Combine that with discounted tuition, and paying for college could cost you as little as $250 per year. Earn a third of your degree without stepping foot in the classroom.

  21. Verizon - Verizon offers an excellent tuition reimbursement package, offering its employees up to $8,000 a year in education benefits. In 2012, more than 23,000 employees took advantage of the program.Tuition Assistance Program

  22. Fidelity - Full-time employees with at least six months of service may apply for tuition reimbursement for up to 90% of of certain costs, up to $10,000 per year. Eligibility is subject to manager approval and the coursework must be at an accredited college or university and be work-related.Tuition Reimbursement Program

Walt Disney - The Walt Disney Co. will now offer to pay full tuition for hourly workers who want to earn a college degree or finish a high school diploma, the company announced Wednesday. ... Disney said it plans to invest $50 million into the program, known asDisney Aspire, and up to $25 million the following year.

  27. Blue Cross and Blue Shield - Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield offers a tuition-free college education for qualifying employees at College for America in partnership with Southern New Hampshire University.

  28. T-Mobile - T-Mobile's tuition assistance benefit offers financial help so you can keep learning! ... Full-time employees are eligible for the IRS maximum non-taxable benefit of $5,250 per calendar year. Part-time employees are eligible for $2,500 per calendar year. The annual benefit is determined based on the date your course ends.

  29. Dunkin’ Donuts - Corporate employees of Dunkin' Brands, the parent company of Dunkin' Donuts, are eligible for up to $5,000 in annual tuition reimbursement after six months of service. The program is limited to "employees who complete approved undergraduate or graduate level courses under the program's eligibility guidelines," according to the company's website.

  30. Intel - Their tuition assistance program offers 100% of reimbursable costs ($50,000/program with no annual limit) including tuition, books, and certain fees.
